I was trained at the prestigious Ruprecht-Karls-University of Heidelberg. During my Masters studies I specialized in Organizational and Clinical Psychology.


Upon completion of the doctoral-program in East-West-Psychology I was awarded a Ph.D. by the California Institute for Integral Studies (CIIS) in San Francisco. My training at CIIS has given me an appreciation of the crucial importance of intercultural competence and communication in the collaboration with people of diverse cultural backgrounds.


I completed a postgraduate Psychodynamic Psychotherapy training at the Berlin Academy of Psychotherapy and I am a fully licensed Psychodynamic Psychotherapist.


I was trained in Systems Psychodynamic Executive Coaching at Tavistock Consulting in London. Tavistock Consulting is a non-profit business unit of the Tavistock Institute of Human Relations.
